Getting Started

Individual sessions are available via video (FaceTime, Skype, or WhatsApp) or phone. Sessions are more akin to coaching than psychotherapy, which means that we will be focusing on creating an individualized plan for developing a compassion practice. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, focuses on treating clinical disorders such as depression and anxiety. As a result, sessions will not be covered by health insurance.

The fee for the first session is $150. In this session we will collaboratively develop an individualized plan to meet your goals. Followup sessions will be $100. These sessions will focus on fine-tuning your plan as you practice. insurance.
